No wind so biked North of El Med. Rocky and rough with small cactuses. Nice to be out in air and sun. Saw some houses cut into rocks and died of thirst. Found a Medico van in middle of nowhere who lead us to a cafe where wqe had giant ham and cheese sandwiches whilst truckers drank beer and brandy before hitting the road again. Cycled 11-5 so slept well tht night.
